The Cefaclor is an antibiotic in the class of beta-lactam group of so-called first-generation cephalosporins. It is bactericidal in vitro by inhibition of the synthesis of cell wall mucopeptides.

Recommended in the treatment of the following infections:
- Tonsillitis, acute otitis media, sinusitis,
- Bronchial Suppuration acute and acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis,

- Allergy to cephalosporin antibiotics.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
